Cobra Commander confronts his son Billy, Storm Shadow defeats Dela Eden for information on tracking down the Baroness & Destro, in New York City Duke and Agent Delta continue to fight The Plague with support from Gung-Ho, Wild Bill and Spirit and Snake-Eyes & Scarlett are able to meet up with Hawk and General Colton. At the end Billy is poisoned by Cobra Commander and Storm finds Destro and the Baroness & cuts a deal.
