The Baroness & Destro meet up with Gen Colton and the Joe team to work together to defeat Cobra Commander. The Joe team learns of Cobra Commander's plan to place nuclear warheads in the Amazon & Antarctica. The Joe team is split up with members going to Brazil, Antarctica, Fort Meade and to London to defeat Cobra.
