RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

 

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount according to our sales conditions. The costs for returning from your home to Old School Toys are at your own expense.

 

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Old School Toys with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is opened or damaged more than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned. For each item that is returned, an amount of 0.50 euros will be deducted from the return amount.

 

To exercise this right, please contact us at Refunds. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Of course we want to help everyone properly and deliver good quality, but minor damage to the packaging, paint errors or folds in comics are not covered by the free returns procedure. We will report major damage at all times, and we make the photos as clear as possible, so take a good look at them or send us a question.

It also regularly happens that light plastic parts discolour due to age, this is a process that cannot be prevented. This is why this does not fall under free returns.

If damage occurs during transport by the postal service, you must always keep the shipping box and any filling material. The postal insurance will only pay out if photos of the box, the original label and the filling material are provided. If you no longer have these materials, unfortunately we cannot use the insurance and therefore cannot provide them free of charge.
